From the vineyards located on the slapes of the exstinguished volcano of Roccamonfina we harvest the grapes that produce this harmonious wine. The accurate selection of the bunchs, followed by a fermentation at low temperatures and a refinement in steel for a medium to long term permits to preserve the varietal characteristics respecting the vive variety. Fresh and fruity, this aglianico, accompanied all the Italian dishes: first meat dishes, cold cut and semihard cheeses.
