This wine, impressive and with an happy character, was born from the desire of Antimo Esposito to remember his father Giuseppe, better known as Peppì, that since the beginning of the winery devoted all his mastery. For this reason,we chose the grapes coming from the oldest vineyard of he winery, where there is, probably, not only Aglianico, but also the native varieties fermentation takes place in small chestnut vats, win which the wine continues to mature for about 8 months after the racking. The Peppì summarizes the right combination between the modern oenology and tradition. The sincere love for the land brought back in the bottle to honour a special person.
