This Aglianico vinifyed in white, with fermentation at temperature controlled and made sparkling with Martinotti-Charmat method, since the beginning, spreads freshness, animated by an excellent perlage emitting fruity notes and a fresh bread crust aroma. The taste is inviting and refined, can be consumed as aperitif, and for every type of meal, especially plates based on fish.
