Description

From the blend of the three selections Fiano, Greco and Falanghina in 2010 Acquamara was born which takes its name from the ancient river course that crosses the vineyards. The best grapes from the aforementioned soils are carefully selected and the must that is obtained is fermented in 500-liter chestnut barrels where it remains on the lees for over six months; it matures in bottle for another five months. Just the fermentation in wood and the long aging on the lees give this wine an important structure without affecting the freshness and typicality of the aforementioned triad. Excellent to accompany fish dishes, white meats, cheeses, it is also suitable as a meditation wine.
