From the vineyards located along the slopes of the extinct volcano of Roccamonfina we collect the grapes that give life to this harmonious wine.
The careful selection of the bunches, accompanied by fermentation at low temperatures and refinement in steel for a medium-long period, allow the varietal characteristics to be preserved with the utmost respect for the vine.
