Description
The itrana is an indigenous olive from the territory of Itri and the Pontine Hills >, a location a few km from the Frantoio, from which a product with an intense green color is extracted, with hints of tomato, basil and >grass cut.
It has a high content of polyphenols and an oleic acidity much lower than average.
Its strong flavor emerges when used with hot dishes or for baking.
