Description

Art Piece Extra Virgin Oil, a limited edition whose label was born from the collaboration with the artist Francesca De Campora . It is made with 90% Sessana and 10% Itrana olives, processed at low temperatures to preserve their balsamic scents.

It is characterized by a low oil yield, a bitter and spicy flavour, a herbaceous scent and a colour yellow greenish.
Its medium intense fruity makes it excellent as a condiment for foods that do not require cooking, such as tartare and other raw fish.
