Description

From the blend of the three selections Fiano, Greco and Falanghina in 2010 Acquamara was born which takes its name from the ancient river course that crosses the vineyards.
The best grapes coming from the aforementioned lands are carefully selected and the resulting must is fermented in 500 liter oak barrels where it remains aged on the yeasts for over six months; it finishes its maturation in the bottle for another five months.
Precisely the fermentation in wood and the long aging on the yeasts give this wine an important structure without affecting the freshness and typicality of the aforementioned triad.

Excellent to accompany fish-based dishes, white meats, cheeses, it also lends itself well as a meditation wine.
